Total Health Experience Project in Urbandale, Iowa

DCI Group is excited to take on the role of Construction Manager for the Total Health Experience Project in Urbandale, Iowa. We are currently working on the site package, which is expected to be completed in Fall 2024. Design efforts for the first building on campus are in progress, with construction slated to begin in Spring 2025. This medical office building will feature Innovative Radiology as its primary tenant, alongside primary and urgent care services and various specialty practices.

The Total Health Experience will become the future headquarters for Innovative Radiology’s advanced imaging services, acting as the diagnostic hub for a comprehensive regional medical facility. This state-of-the-art medical campus will streamline access to top specialists and subspecialists, delivering highly coordinated care tailored to meet the unique needs of patients throughout Central Iowa.
