Traditions at Rivertown Park – Senior Living Construction

DCI Group provided preconstruction and construction services for the Traditions at Rivertown Park Senior Living project in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Construction began in March and was completed in Fall 2019. The 185,000-square-foot facility features 150 residential units, built with a combination of wood framing and light-gauge structural steel. The project delivered a modern, functional senior living environment while adhering to schedule and budget requirements.
