Tri-Point Holdings

Tri-Point Holdings is a 10,407-square-foot tenant space in Waukee.

The project included site utilities and site paving. The building’s exterior features Corten metal panels, cement board panels, stone, sunshades, and canopies.

DCI Group also handled the interior build-out for ReMax Concepts on the building’s east side. This work involved polished concrete, a custom front desk and ceiling clouds, interior aluminum glazing, and a kitchenette.
