Tri-Point Holdings – Retail/Mixed-Use Construction in Waukee

DCI Group completed construction of a 10,407-square-foot retail/mixed-use tenant space at Tri-Point Holdings in Waukee, Iowa.

The project included site utilities, paving, and exterior finishes featuring Corten metal panels, cement board panels, stone, sunshades, and canopies. The interior build-out for ReMax Concepts on the building’s east side included polished concrete floors, a custom front desk and ceiling clouds, interior aluminum glazing, and a kitchenette. The project delivered a functional, modern environment suitable for retail and office use.
