Tri-Point Holdings is a 10,407 SF tenant space in Waukee.
The project consisted of site utilities and site paving. The exterior of this building encompasses Coreten metal panels, cement board panels, stone, sunshades, and canopies.
DCI also completed the interior build out for ReMax Concepts on the east side of the building. The project consisted of polished concrete, custom front desk and clouds, interior aluminum glazing, and kitchenette.
