The single-story building includes exam and treatment rooms, X-ray equipment, nursing workstations, offices, staff areas, and patient waiting areas. The exterior features storefront glass, EIFS, lap siding, and a combination of stone and brick, creating a modern and welcoming healthcare facility for patients and staff.
