DCI Group, Inc. is contracted to perform landlord work for the anchor retail store, overall site project management, and several site amenities construction needs.

The project has been in preconstruction since Spring of 2022 and is set for complete in 2025. DCI Group’s responsibilities include master plan scheduling, input on the total project budget, utility infrastructure coordination, and various other supporting roles in the development. Additionally, DCI Group is overseeing construction on several key improvements, including site electrical work, landscaping, irrigation, a pedestrian bridge, signage, an ice rink, an amphitheater, walking trails, sidewalks, gas utilities, and phone and fiber installations, among others.
