Waukee Towne Center – Retail Site and Amenities Development

DCI Group is contracted to perform landlord work for the anchor retail store, overall site project management, and construction of several site amenities at Waukee Towne Center.

Since preconstruction began in Spring 2022, DCI Group has managed master planning, budget input, utility coordination, and other supporting roles for the development. The team is also overseeing construction of key site improvements, including electrical systems, landscaping and irrigation, a pedestrian bridge, signage, an ice rink, an amphitheater, walking trails, sidewalks, gas utilities, and phone and fiber installations.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, this project demonstrates DCI Group’s expertise in large-scale retail site development and coordinated construction management.
